The majority of trips are booked directly online however, on occasions it will be necessary to email the club to obtain a booking code prior to being able to complete an online booking. This is only done when special requirements prevent us allowing non pre vetted registrations (we want to be sure you can comply with trip requirements etc).

Members of other clubs wishing to attend our trips beyond the Touring or Family Shiny categories should email the club in order to be put in direct touch with the trip leader so they can be manually added to the participant list as the system will only allow direct bookings by CCVC members for those trips.
