Application form

Every person wishing to become a member of CCVC is required to complete a Application for Membership form.

These forms can be obtained from any Trip Leader (jusk ask them to bring one along when booking on your first trip) from the New Members Officer at club night or through a request to the clubs helpdesk Help.Desk@ccvc.org.nz.

The application form is used to record:

• Your personal and vehicle details for club records.
• Participation on the required pre membership trips.
• Participation in club training.
• Pre joining vehicle inspection.
• Payment of membership fees.

Once completed the Application for Membership form should be forwarded along with the appropriate fees to the clubs New Members Officer at the address shown on the form.

Your membership application will then be taken to the monthly Club Committee meeting for consideration the outcome of which will be advised to you as soon as practicle after the meeting.

The decision of the Club Committee to accept or reject an application for membership is final and binding.
